Shop on EquineEquip.com with complete peace of mind that items that are unsuitable for any reason can be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving them.
You must notify us that you are intending to return an item and we will give you a returns number. The item must be returned within 30 days of you receiving it.
There are 3 slightly different systems for returning goods
- When you want to exchange something
- When you just want to return something (eg if you've changed your mind)
- When an item you have bought is faulty or develops a fault, or you feel it is of unsatisfactory quality or not as described
These are set out below:
Exchanges
- Please email info@equineequip.com to inform us of the details of the exchange you want and to get a returns number.
- WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER.
- If the item you want in exchange is out of stock we will advise you of this by email.
- The returned item must be in its original condition, complete with its labels and the original packaging, unsoiled and unused.
- Please package your item carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit and get a certificate of posting
- We must receive it within 30 days of the date you originally received it from us.
- The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We will send the replacement item to you free of charge.
- Exchanges will normally be processed within 2 days of us receiving the items back. If this is not possible due to the item being unavailable then we will contact you.
- Returns received after 30 days; items returned without a returns number; or soiled/ damaged goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Returns

- A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us in its original condition, complete with its labels and the original packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 30 days of the date you received it, for any reason.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the items back.
- Returns made after 30 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Goods that are unfit for purpose; unsatisfactory quality; or not as described
We very much hope that you will not receive any goods from us that you believe come under this category, but if you do, you have comprehensive rights of redress through The Consumer Rights Act.
If an item you buy is faulty, you are entitled to return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, (or a replacement if you would prefer). If the fault develops after this time, we are entitled to try to repair the item if that is possible.
We stand by the quality of our products, so we always want to know if there is a problem, and we obviously want to reassure ourselves that the fault is due to the product, and not to any mis-use, mis-treatment, lack or care, or general wear-and-tear. Because many of our products are highly technical we may need to return them to the manufacturer for investigation.
More than this, we are proud of the products we sell and we want you to be as happy with them as we are.
If you do have any concerns about anything you have bought from us, please contact us as soon as possible at info@equineequip.com, with a description of the problem (and photographs if possible) and we will be in touch with you very quickly. It will help us if you have the original invoice, but that is not vital, we just need to know your name and address and approximately when you bought the product.
- Please do not send anything back without contacting us first and getting a returns number and return instructions.
- We have to insist on the item being reasonably clean, due to the health hazard and hygienic problems involved with horse and rider clothing and allied products.
- Once the returned item has been fully examined, we will refund the full price of any substandard product, and any reasonable or pre-agreed cost you incurred sending it back to us.
