Equine Equip aims to deliver the best possible customer experience and adhere to all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you and, in order to clarify this, we have published a privacy statement.
Products
All items are subject to availability. The majority of our stock levels are live, but errors can occasionally occur in any warehousing stock control systems. In the rare event that the goods you have ordered are not available we will contact you by the next working day. It will be entirely your choice whether you accept an alternative; wait for the product you want to come back into stock; or request an immediate refund.
Please note that although every effort is made to ensure images used on our website match the product, due to different monitor/screen calibrations, colours may vary from actual product colours shown on your computer or device.
We make every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions on our website represent the products accurately.
Every effort will be made to dispatch the items specified but if we do make a mistake, please contact us on 0333 577 6770, or info@equineequip.com and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.
Payment
We use PayPal to process payments and refunds and we NEVER see your card details.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of input. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to change in the rate of duty.
The total cost of your order as given at the final step of the checkout process is the price of the products including any tax and delivery charges.
We can only accept payment in £GBP sterling.
